ARSENICUM HYDROGENISATUM

As prescribed by the physician.

• Arsenicum hydrogenisatum is a potent homoeopathic medicine prepared from Arseniuretted Hydrogen (AsH₃), a highly toxic gaseous compound, in solution form. It is particularly suited for critical conditions marked by systemic collapse, severe exhaustion, and multi-organ toxicity, including cases such as cholera, yellow fever, and suppressed menses with violent systemic reactions. The medicine is indicated where symptoms of extreme weakness, painful skin or mucosal eruptions, and internal coldness prevail. It is especially helpful for individuals highly sensitive to cold and damp weather, suffering from deep-seated circulatory and glandular disturbances, and experiencing profound malaise. Common Name: Arseniuretted Hydrogen SBL’s Arsenicum hydrogenisatum can be helpful in the following conditions: Severe Collapse States and Exhaustion Particularly indicated in collapse of cholera and yellow fever with systemic breakdown. Relieves great malaise and prostration, especially when triggered by cold, damp conditions or sudden temperature changes. Headache and Facial Pain Alleviates a stupefying, heavy sensation in the head, as if weighted down. Face appears drawn, aged, and filled with pain, reflecting underlying toxic states. Loss of Appetite and Abdominal Complaints Manages tormenting hiccough accompanied by extreme sensitivity in the epigastric region. Helpful in loss of appetite with a sensation of internal burning. Relieves burning sensations on the abdomen's surface, accompanied by cold feet and general chill. Useful in constipation with heaviness, described as a weighted stiffness in the abdomen. Anorectal and Perineal Health Addresses frequent, sharp pains in the perineum, extending either to the anus or upward into the anterior rectal wall. Burning Heat and Hematuria Beneficial in cases with renal pressure radiating to the shoulder blades. Assists in copious pale urination, and haematuria with systemic weakness. Reduces burning heat over the renal region, especially in fever states. Menses Suppression and Pustular Eruption In males, supports healing of pustular eruptions on foreskin and glans, which develop into round superficial ulcers. In females, indicated in sudden menses suppression with subsequent systemic effects: internal chill, tearing pain in limbs, confusion, ear ringing, red diarrhoea, cracked dry tongue, and retching cough at night—particularly when Arsenicum album fails. Respiratory Discomfort Manages tight chest constriction and ammoniacal breath, particularly in systemic collapse states. Aids in dry cough at night that causes retching and worsens overall fatigue. Pain in Back and Extremities Relieves sharp pain behind the right shoulder-blade, described as sticking or stabbing in nature. Assists with tearing pains in hands and feet, commonly post-menses suppression or systemic infection. Skin and Circulation Indicated in cases of dark-brown, sallow skin tone, signaling toxic or circulatory failure. Relieves numbness or “deadness” in limbs, progressing from hands to forearms and feet to knees, later affecting the nose and eyebrows—with accompanying cessation of pulse. Notably, hair turns white over affected "deadened" areas, suggesting a profound systemic effect. Fever and Temperature Dysregulation Relieves burning heat in localized areas, particularly over the kidney region, with systemic fever and weakness. Beneficial in recurrent fevers with great exhaustion and chilliness.
