CONVALLARIA MAJALIS

As prescribed by the physician.

• Convallaria majalis is an important homoeopathic medicine derived from Lily of the Valley, belonging to the Liliaceæ family. It is especially known for its strong action on the heart, particularly in cases of irregular heartbeat, cardiac dilatation, and venous stasis. The medicine enhances the energy and regularity of heart action, making it suitable in conditions of cardiac insufficiency without compensatory hypertrophy, dropsy, and dyspnea. Convallaria also exhibits notable effects on the female reproductive system, urinary tract, and nervous system, along with providing relief in symptoms like anasarca, uterine soreness, and palpitations due to minor exertion. It is particularly beneficial in cases where heart dysfunction is accompanied by emotional sensitivity, fatigue, or respiratory difficulty.
