MERCURIUS SULPHURICUS

As prescribed by the physician.

• Mercurius sulphuricus is a powerful homoeopathic medicine derived from the yellow precipitate of mercury and sulfuric acid, traditionally known as Turpeth Mineral. It exerts a deep and aggressive action on the gastrointestinal tract, urinary system, and respiratory organs, making it valuable in cases of violent vomiting, scalding urine, profuse diarrhea, and respiratory distress. Its intense purgative nature mirrors the classical toxicological profile, and in potentized form, it is especially useful in managing dropsical states, syphilitic affections, and glandular swellings. A notable feature of this medicine is the peculiar sensation of dull pressure and bone-pain, often in curved, wandering patterns. Common Name English: Yellow Precipitate / Turpeth Mineral SBL’s Mercurius sulphuricus can be helpful in the following conditions: Gastrointestinal and Abdominal Distress Mercurius sulphuricus manages violent yellow vomiting and irritation of the stomach where nothing is retained even for a moment.
